Is VAT included in the price?
For buyers in the EU, the €49 / €39 displayed subtotal already includes VAT. Outside the EU, Paddle may add the applicable local tax. Paddle shows the definitive total before you confirm the purchase.
Can I get an invoice with my VAT number?
Yes. The Paddle checkout has a "Business" tab where you can enter your company name and VAT ID. A reverse-charge invoice (or a local-VAT one, depending on your country) is issued automatically and emailed to you.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Download the app and start a 14-day trial, no card required. You can use Innesta on real repositories during the trial; no payment is taken unless you explicitly buy a licence, and the trial cannot be extended or renewed.

Eligibility is one trial per Mac, and it is checked against a record kept by Apple rather than against anything stored on your machine — so reinstalling Innesta, clearing its data, or reinstalling macOS will not start a second one. A further trial on the same Mac becomes possible only after at least fourteen full months. If a Mac legitimately changes hands, the new owner can write to support@innesta.app and we can reset it case by case. Full details in the trial terms.
Can I move my licence between Macs?
Yes. Each licence can be active on up to two Macs at a time. Deactivate a Mac before moving the licence to another one. Every Team seat receives its own licence with the same two-Mac limit.
What if my team grows?
Buy additional seats whenever you need them, at the same €39 per seat. Every seat gets its own perpetual licence, so a new purchase never changes the ones you already own. A single order covers 2 to 50 seats; past that, email support@innesta.app.
Do I need to be online?
Only now and then. Activation issues a signed licence token that works offline for 30 days; Innesta renews it in the background the next time you're online. Your right to use the versions your licence covers is perpetual, and an expired updates window never blocks that renewal.
What's your refund policy?
Paid purchases include a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. Email support@innesta.app with your Paddle order number and we'll process it. An approved full refund or any chargeback revokes every licence created by that purchase; partial, pending, rejected, or warning adjustments do not. Full details in our refund policy.
What happens after 12 months?
Releases published during your 12-month updates window stay covered permanently. A release published later requires a new licence, but buying one is optional: you can keep using every version your existing licence covers.
