This page identifies the person who operates innesta.app and provides the Innesta application, states who sells the licence, and states the price. It is the only page on this site that carries that information: the Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and the Security Policy refer back to it instead of repeating it.

The trader is a natural person established in Spain and acts in that capacity for this website, for the Innesta application, for the licensing service behind it, and for the update service. Wherever the other pages of this site say “we”, “us”, or “our”, they mean the trader identified above.

support@innesta.app is a monitored mailbox and the single channel for support, licensing, privacy, and security correspondence. Written correspondence may also be sent to the postal address above.

These entries appear because Spanish information-society law requires them wherever they apply. Where an entry reads Not applicable, the corresponding requirement does not apply to this trader.

2. What is provided from this site

innesta.app publishes information about Innesta, a Git client for macOS, and distributes the application and its updates. The trial and the activation, verification, and deactivation of licences are handled by the trader’s own licensing service.

The sale itself is not made by the trader above. The checkout is presented on this site, as an overlay on the pricing page, but the contract of sale is concluded with the seller identified in Section 3, which operates that checkout.

Innesta is sold exclusively as a direct purchase from innesta.app, and it is not sold through any app store or reseller. Paddle is the party that sells the licence to you, takes the payment, charges and remits any applicable tax, and issues the invoice or receipt. The software, its functionality, and the licence rights are provided by the trader in Section 1.

4. Prices and taxes

Innesta is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The amounts published on this site are inclusive of VAT for buyers in the European Union:

  • Individual — €49, one licence.
  • Team — €39 per seat, from 2 to 50 seats, one licence per seat.

For an EU buyer the price shown is therefore the price paid. Outside the European Union, whether that amount includes tax depends on your country: in some, such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and Japan, it already does; in others, such as the United States and Canada, any applicable tax is added at checkout. Paddle, as seller, determines the rate that applies to your country, charges it, and remits it. In every case the total payable is displayed before you confirm the purchase, and the invoice or receipt is issued by Paddle. A business VAT number can be entered at checkout.
